The State of New Jersey awarded the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) the "Best Application Serving the Public" for their online and call center-based service entitled the New Jersey Housing Resource Center. The NJHMFA worked with Socialserve.com to develop and launch the service. The housing database and call center aspects of the service were developed, and are operated by, Socialserve.com remotely from the Charlotte, NC headquarters.
